Sugar Free Jam

Sugar Free Fruit Jam

Print Recipe
This simple "jam" is the perfect option for toast, pancakes, mixed into yoghurt or used in muffin recipes for a naturally fruity sweet flavour. It is perfect for ensuring your child gets a little extra fruit, and can be a great alternative to more sugary snacks. Use sparingly, as fruit and berries are naturally high in fructose and even fruit sugar should be monitored.
