Cut the wrap into small rounds using a cookie cutter. Pre-heat oven to 200°
Spray the underside of a muffin tin and place the small circle wraps between the muffin cups to form taco shells. Put in the oven and bake for 10 mins or until softly set.
Dice onion. Heat a non-stick skillet and cook onion until soft and fragrant.
Add the beef mince and brown. Add the paprika and cumin and reduce heat. Splash in a small amount of water and cook on low heat until the beef and sauce is thickened.
Remove taco shells from the oven and place a small amount of beef taco mix in each shell. Top with yoghurt and a small amount of cheese (optional).
