250gmground turkey breast
1/2largezucchini
1carrot
1/4onion

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 250°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Grate carrot, zucchini and onion into a bowl. Squeeze out excess water with hands over the sink. Note: This step is essential in making sure that the meatballs set nicely.
Add the ground turkey and mix through with hands or a spoon ensuring that the vegetables are evenly spread through the mixture.
Add the egg, mixing with a spoon until well combined.
Spoon meatballs onto the baking tray ensuring room between each and cook in the oven for 20-30 mins until golden on top.
